    • Unfortunately we cannot issue any refund if withdrawals are made within two weeks of the event date.
    • Partial refunds will be considered, but not guaranteed, if withdrawals are requested within two to six weeks of the event date.

General:

  1. Indoor stalls include a 1.8 x 0.7m trestle table and up to two chairs. Please note that a table cloth is not provided. Stall holders may bring signage or cloths to hang over the front over the front of the table but must not create a trip hazard.
  2. Outdoor pitches are space only and do not include any other furniture, equipment or gazebos. Each pitch will be suitable for a standard 3x3m gazebo.
  3. Additional equipment (i.e. display stands) to be used outside of the table area must be agreed prior to booking so this can be taken into account when creating venue/street layouts.
    1. The layout of the event is carefully planned in advance to benefit stall holders and members of the public alike. The layout cannot be altered on the day so any specific requirements should be requested at the time of booking.
  4. We will try to ensure a variety of stalls, but cannot guarantee the number of stalls per type or whether other stalls will be selling similar products.
  5. All stall holders must remain trading during the event hours.
  6. There will be no movement of vehicles on any closed roads or car parks until the event is closed to the public.

  1. mhaslamTech Sound & Event Production accept no responsibility for loss or damage to stall holder stock and/or equipment.
  2. All stall holders must hold adequate Public Liability Insurance to cover equipment, stock, personnel and customers/members of the public.
  3. All electrical equipment must be safety tested prior to use, it is the stall holder’s responsibility for any resulting damage or injury from a faulty piece of equipment.
    • If site power is being used, the power supply will be tested and signed off at the point of connecting to your stall/appliances; mhaslamTech are not responsible for any faults beyond that point.
